MRI Technologist
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist with experience in MRI while CT/Radiology experience is a plus. The primary role involves conducting MRI scans using user-friendly Siemens Somatom Perspective 64 slice equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for participating in the on-call rotation, averaging one night per week.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans using specified equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and imaging procedures.
- Handle patient care and comfort during magnetic resonance imaging.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Participate in on-call shifts for after-hour MRI imaging needs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- ARRT (M) certification required.
- BLS certification is preferred.
- Experience with GE MRI systems is a plus.
- Valid state license to practice as an MRI Technologist.
