Requirements: WV/Compact RN License; BLS; ACLS; 2 years of RN experience minimum and at least 1+ years of in-specialty experience
Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to a diverse adult patient population in a Level 1 Trauma Center setting
• Monitor patients requiring cardiac surveillance or post-transplant care
• Follow patient ratios of 1:5 to ensure quality care delivery
• Float within scope to meet facility needs during shifts
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans and document accurately in Cerner system
