The successful candidate will have a holistic perspective and will be able to adapt the environment and tools to fit each clients needs. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP) Must be ASHA certified (CCCs) Must be currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment. One (1) year experience in early intervention care or related setting preferred. Specific Job Requirements: Conduct assessments and develop/implement treatment plans based on child's strengths and including recommendations for promoting success. Consult with family members, school staff, and caregivers about techniques, adaptations, and strategies to promote success and ongoing development. Teach techniques to families and/or school staff. Observe, note, and report on progress of long- and short-term goals. Collect data and document actions and progress.
