Requirements Active member of the California State Bar in good standing. 3-7 years of experience in employment or related civil litigation. Strong knowledge of California labor and employment law. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications California State Bar membership. Skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in courtroom advocacy.
