Occupational Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver therapeutic services to patients with the goal of improving their ability to perform daily activities. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and help patients achieve their maximum functional independence.

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Science in Allied Health Professions in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license for Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
• Ability to work variable days and hours as necessary.
• Current CPR certificate required.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, interpret findings, develop an appropriate plan of care, and provide quality care to help patients achieve their maximum functional potential.
• Regularly re-evaluate the patient's response to the current care plan and make adjustments as needed in a timely manner.
• Treat patients based on the established care plan, assess progress, and make necessary clinical adjustments to support the patient's recovery.
• Provide quality care to help patients reach their highest functional level.
• Demonstrate proficiency with department-specific EMR programs, ensuring evidence-based functional measures are included in each care plan.
• Exhibit expertise in caring for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
