Benefits & Compensation: 401(k) Matching Health Insurance: Medical, Vision, and Dental Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick, and Holidays On-site Amenities: Gym, Pool, Game Rooms, etc. Team Building Employee Discount Employee Referral Coffee and Snacks $55370-85000Job DutiesAnalyze demographic data on a local, regional, and national level; Analyze buying and shopping patterns of current and potential consumers for specific types of products sold on the company's website; Analyze marketing data and separate them into parts to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts; Analyze marketing strategies and compare them with those of the company's competitors; Analyze marketing conditions and current industry trends and marketing methods, including search engine optimization, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing; Analyze order-level structure from different dimensions; perform order structure analysis automation for recommendation systems and operation metrics to improve profit-gaining strategies; Perform detailed analysis for Smart Shopping Cart project; Provide metrics on add-on item recommendations; Improve algorithm from SKU dimension and customer filing dimension; Evaluate marketing analysis plans; Evaluate methods of collecting data relating to customer demographics, preferences, shopping habits, etc.; Work with Marketing Specialists to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and other strategies; Evaluate methods of measuring customer satisfaction, including In-App Surveys, Post-Service Surveys, and Email Surveys; Perform demand forecasts using time series models, including SARIMA, machine learning models, clustering, XGBoosting, and regression combined with time series features, on order-level and SKU-level forecasts; Forecast and track marketing and sales trends with linear and exponential modeling; Work with Marketing Specialists to design research methods for evaluating the performance of various marketing campaigns based on performance analysis and customer surveys; Define and design survey methodology involving quantitative and qualitative survey methods; Design methods to evaluate results or ROI under different scenarios, including worst, average, and best-case scenarios; Design methods to measure customer retention rate and other consumption data; Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to prepare reports on data analysis; Prepare reports on new product marketing strategies and/or campaign plans; Prepare order forecast reports, order structure analysis reports, and headcount forecast reports weekly for the team to monitor operation status; Prepare reports of findings and present results to management of various departments; Support the marketing department in general operations.RequirementsField (s) of study required: Business Administration, Analytics, Communication, Statistics, or related fields.
