Description:

This is where the magic happens. As a Squad Member, you’re in the heart of the kitchen making those crave-worthy sliders and fries. You’ve got high standards and fast hands.

Requirements:

Cook Smalls Sliders and fries to perfection, every time
Follow recipes and food safety procedures like a boss
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
Communicate with the FOH team to keep the line flowing
Help with prep and cleanup like a true teammate

What You'll Bring:

A love for good food and great teamwork
Ability to stay cool in a fast-paced kitchen
Attention to detail (because burnt buns are a no-no)
Flexibility with shifts and roles—we all wear many hats
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
