We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bell Captain to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, flexibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bell Captain, you will oversee the bell staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the bell staff to ensure excellent service delivery. Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, assisting with luggage handling and transportation arrangements. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bell area and storage rooms. Train and mentor new bell staff members to uphold service standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
