As the receptionist for our busy salon, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, and ensuring a seamless visit. The ideal candidate brings a cheerful disposition, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask smoothly in a lively atmosphere. Please note: This position is Saturdays only, requiring an 8 hour shift each week. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive at the salon Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their service Qualifications One or more years of receptionist experience (required) Previous experience in a salon is a plus Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and scheduling software Excellent multi-tasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Statement-Nail-
