As a Physical Therapist at Lifespring Chiropractic and Scoliosis Clinic, you will work weekdays, Monday through Friday, in a positive atmosphere that supports professional growth and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed history assessments and specific physical examinations to identify treatment needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, ensuring that they align with best practices and evolving healthcare standards. Engage with patients and their families to explain findings and treatment modalities, actively involving them in goal-setting to foster a collaborative recovery process. Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapeutic interventions, including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation. Monitor and document patient progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining accuracy in clinical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including chiropractors, occupational therapists, and medical professionals, to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care. Participate in monthly training sessions and workshops aimed at advancing clinical knowledge and keeping abreast of new research and techniques in physical therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic primarily serves individuals dealing with chronic pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and those with developmental conditions such as scoliosis. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent program is required. Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy towards patients and their families. Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessment results. Ability to work within a collaborative team-focused environment and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders. Preferred Experience Experience working in a rehabilitation center or clinic specializing in chiropractic care or scoliosis. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and management of patient care. Additional certifications or training in specialties such as orthopedic or pediatric physical therapy are a plus. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
