About the Role:

Be the first impression and the heartbeat of our luxury grooming experience. 
As a Front Desk team member, you create the welcoming, upscale atmosphere that sets the tone for every client’s visit. You’ll manage bookings, greet guests, introduce memberships, and ensure seamless operations so our team can focus on delivering the exceptional services that help men be their best selves. 

 

We strive to provide the grooming experiences that our customers are excited to come back to time after time. We’re looking for outgoing, driven team members who are passionate about customer care and delivering great experiences every day. 

 

This is NOT a receptionist position. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and takes pride in making sure our customers are delighted during every visit. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver outstanding client service from the moment guests walk in
• Handle scheduling, check-in/out, and retail product sales
• Promote memberships and services with confidence
• Support the full team in maintaining a clean, organized, professional environment

Requirements:  

• Previous customer service or front desk experience (salon/spa/hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional presence
• Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients — because lasting connections are what create loyal guests and dedicated members
• Consultative mindset, with a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best
• Ability to work flexible schedules, Thursday – Sunday availability required

• Competitive hourly pay of $13–$15/hr + commissions
