Instructional Designer

Location (city, state): Franklin, TN, Hybrid 3 days onsite, two days remote Compensation: 80k-90k Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning content for leadership development and broader business initiatives Partner closely with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and translate them into effective instructional materials Create scalable, in-house training programs as the organization does not rely on external, off-the-shelf content Facilitate leadership development sessions and deliver training to various levels across the business Support and collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager on strategy and execution of training initiatives Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals Qualifications 5+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on leadership development Proven ability to both design and facilitate training programs Experience working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, in-house development environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
