This position will partner with leadership on hiring, employee relations, performance management, policies, and workforce planning.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and onboarding across retail, warehouse, and corporate positions.Advise managers on employee relations and performance matters.Maintain HR policies, records, and compliance documentation.Coordinate benefits, leave administration, and employee programs.Support workforce planning for new locations.Improve HR processes as the organization grows.
