• Pay Rate: $77.41/hour

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures with efficiency and care
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, ensuring accurate image acquisition
• Follow physicians' instructions and position patients for optimal diagnostic results
• Treat patients with compassion from pediatric to geriatric populations
• Maintain sterile techniques and supplies during procedures
• May assist with or scrub into interventional radiology procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist with complex positioning as needed
• Work during scheduled weekends (every 3rd or 4th weekend) and holidays

What You Need:

• Indiana State Department of Health Radiology Technologist license (or pending license accepted if applied)
• ARRT(R) certification
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience in diagnostic radiology, preferably in interventional procedures
• Ability to maneuver equipment and adapt to patient needs efficiently
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and radiology safety standards

About the Assignment:

Join a short-term acute care hospital with a total staffed bed count exceeding 700, utilizing Cerner charting. This role involves performing radiological procedures in the IR suite, supporting patient care from preparation to post-procedure care. The facility values a collaborative and attentive approach to patient imaging, with a focus on safety and accuracy.
