Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Manager - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 37.5 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Seeking an experienced RN Manager to oversee operations within a multi-specialty ambulatory clinic setting. This leadership role is responsible for supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining efficient clinic workflows across multiple outpatient specialties. Requirements: • Active RN license • BLS certification • BSN required (MSN preferred) • Previous ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience required • Previous leadership, supervisory, or nurse management experience required • Experience in a multi-specialty environment preferred, including areas such as primary care, pediatrics, OB-GYN, wound care, and specialty services • Strong skills in staff oversight, patient flow, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration Schedule: • Monday-Friday • Day shift • No weekends or holidays • On-call phone support as needed Pay: $85.00-$90.00/hour, depending on experience ASAP and June 22 start dates available.
