Program Associate Analyst

Program Associate Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: Long Term
Duties:
- Help gather and analyze requirements
- Perform User Acceptance testing
- Assist in User Training documentation
- Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as needed
- Provide status updates and meeting minutes
- Documenting decisions and action items
- Understands stakeholder needs and build effective relationships
- Involvement and visibility into all aspects of project implementation
- Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needs
- Use a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all risks and issues impacting project or program progress are logged and escalated as appropriate
- Undertake other activities as assigned based on business need as defined by Legal
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or previous intern experience preferred
- Understanding of Project Management & SDLC concepts
- Experience with SAAS applications preferred (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Marketo etc)
- PMP, Prince or similar qualification required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
