OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Passaic, NJ by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Join HMD Trucking’s Passaic, NJ flatbed team for coast-to-coast hauling.
Role Highlights:
- Handle OTR flatbed assignments in sleeper cabs with APUs, inverters, and rider seats.
- Secure loads with tarps, inspect equipment, and guarantee safe delivery.
- Adhere to DOT and corporate safety standards.
Driver Rewards:
- Base pay $0.70/mile plus $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO & 401(k)
