What You'll Be Doing

• Manage customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
• Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer support teams
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
• Process quotes, orders, and account-related documentation
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems
• Monitor open orders and resolve customer concerns
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights internally
• Participate in occasional customer visits, industry events, and trade shows

• Learning the company's products and capabilities

Schedule
