The City of Hampton is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Fire & Rescue volunteer recruitment program. The role focuses on promoting the department, coordinating events, and developing materials to attract volunteers. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of recruitment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and presentation software.
