As a result, a full-time position is available for a Marketing Coordinator! This opportunity is available in the following locations: Middleton, WI; Fenton, MO; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN; and Denver, CO.Responsibilities include:Coordinating the proposal development process including writing and editing proposal elementsReview proposals and other written content for clarity, grammar, consistency, etc.Development of marketing content/materials in collaboration with technical staff (project descriptions, resumes, cut sheets, etc.)Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations, exhibits and handoutsConducting client researchAttending tradeshows and conferences including event coordinationAssisting with annual marketing planning effortsPerform CRM database updates including data management and reportingOther duties as assigned.A valid driver's license and approximately 5% travel will be required.The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, or public relations or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience.ORAssociate degree in marketing or related field plus at least 4 years of relevant experience.ORIf no degree, the successful candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:Experience working in architectural/engineering or another technical service industryWriting and editing documents with technical content.Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Experience working with team members in multiple locations.Proven organization, problem solving, and strong communication skills.Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate).At Mead & Hunt we shape the future by putting people first.
