Wage details include a starting wage of $35.15–$40.15 per hour for RNs, $5.00 per hour for second shift, $4.00 per hour for third shift, and $3.40 per hour for hero pay. Yearly wage increases apply. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventive and supportive care focused on the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy healing environment. Qualifications Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. High level of analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solutions to complex problems. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
