This role operates in a telehealth facility, empowering you to deliver care remotely. The position typically involves a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, but occasional evenings or weekends may be required to accommodate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, formulating initial impressions and appropriate diagnoses.

  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, continuously evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments.

  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support clients’ journeys toward healing.

  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring an organized workflow and continuity of care.

  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and in-service training to enhance skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.

  • A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential for the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
