Learn more about how we work and what matters to us by exploring our story and insights.What You'll Be DrivingLead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverablesPartner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarityAct as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless deliveryOwn and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiencyIdentify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiatives—bringing forward solutions that improve scale and executionSupport executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surfaceDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovationYour work will directly influence how Pax8 communicates at the highest level—bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives while enabling leaders to deliver messages that resonate globally.
