Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during the shift and helping their assigned Departments meet their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant. Looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule, passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
