Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 12:00 AM – 06:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, follow site protocols for entry and restricted areas, and report security‑related concerns in a timely manner. Support a professional environment by documenting incidents, completing assigned reports, and assisting with security‑related requests as appropriate for the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements. Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment when required.
