Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join a thriving multi-specialty group in the Folsom, CA area, directly impacting women's health through a balanced 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology. Join an established group of OB/GYN Physicians Call 1:6 Incoming physician would be based out of Mercy Hospital of Folsom In house OB hospitalist program available for OB back up call Hospital does approximately 600-700 births/year Level I nursery with support from the Level lll NICU at Mercy San Juan Medical Center 50/50 mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology Robotics available, though not required To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being and a comprehensive understanding of both obstetrics and gynecology. Ideal candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physicians with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment. We are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires: Shareholder track, competitive compensation with bonus potential, desirable benefits Option for additional income with hospitalist and back-up shifts at regional hospitals Compensation Range: $365,000 - $375,000 / Year with opportunities for additional call pay Job Requirements MD or DO degree Board-Certified or Board-Eligiblein OB/Gyn (ABMS or AOA) Active or eligibleCalifornia medical license in the state of California.
