This role provides essential support to our attorneys in various aspects of legal case management, including case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and client communication. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and possesses strong administrative and interpersonal skills. This position offers the potential for conversion to a permanent role.

Paralegal - Litigation - Hybrid Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Hybrid opportunity
• Assist attorneys with all phases of case preparation, from inception to close
• Conduct thorough legal research using various legal databases and resources
• Draft, proofread, and prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, correspondence, and memoranda
• Manage and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
• Maintain accurate calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys as needed
• Assist with record-keeping and data management tasks, demonstrating a meticulous approach

Paralegal - Litigation - Hybrid Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal with litigation experience is preferred or in a legal support role
• Familiarity with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Professional law firm setting with a business dress code required
• Ability to perform physical demands including standing, sitting, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
