About The Team The Client Relations Group (CRG) at Parametric is within Operations and is tasked with processing all client related activities while delivering a first in class experience. CRG consists of several organizations: Client Experience (advocates for our clients in onboarding and daily servicing), Client Operations (systems experts in activities and account management), Client Contract and Control (contract experts and quality assurance experts), and Business Enablement (product experts for new business and strategic initiatives). About The Role The Institutional Onboarding Associate maintains excellent client relationships and ensures a positive experience for clients as they support end‑to‑end onboarding for Institutional clients and mandate expansions across equity, derivatives and fixed income. The Associate coordinates workstreams for Separate Accounts, Fund Investments and Collective Trusts, helping clients, consultants, and internal teams move from kickoff through documentation, account setup, operational readiness and handoff to ongoing service. This role requires strong client service, project coordination, attention to detail and sound judgment in a controlled, collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate assigned institutional onboarding workstreams, including timelines, documentation checklists, client communications, status updates and follow‑up. Serve as day‑to‑day onboarding contact for clients, consultants, Distribution and internal partners; prepare for and participate in onboarding calls. Support onboarding for separate accounts, fund investments and collective trusts across equity, derivatives and fixed income mandates, ensuring requirements are documented and routed appropriately. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Trading, Client Operations, Client Contract and Control, fund administration, custodians and trustees to resolve open items and implementation blockers. Review onboarding documentation and account data for completeness, accuracy and consistency; elevate issues and risks in a timely manner. Monitor adherence to applicable procedures and controls, including private placement, subscription, account opening and mandate setup requirements. Communicate new account, mandate expansion and account‑change details to downstream teams, with awareness of trading, compliance, reporting, billing and client service impacts. Maintain accurate records in workflow/CRM systems, identify process improvements and support projects as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of experience in financial services operations, institutional client service, onboarding/implementation or project coordination. SIE, Series 7, Series 63 (or 66) Licenses, or willingness to obtain. Working knowledge of asset management products and institutional client structures; experience with separate accounts, commingled funds, collective trusts, equity, derivatives or fixed income is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders is critical. Strong organization, attention to detail and control orientation. Able to manage multiple onboardings, use workflow tools, and elevate issues appropriately. Salary and Benefits Salary range for the position: $70,000 and $140,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and may participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
