Warehouse Associate I

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping, receiving, and freight handling activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate I

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour 

Shift:  Monday through Friday and OT Saturday, 5am to 8pm (shift hours may vary depending on business needs)

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Pulling routes, offloading/loading trailers, and scanning merchandise as needed
• Palletize freight, sort freight, and perform trash sortation
• Ensure warehouse safety and accessibility for employees and customers
• Participate in inventory counts and validate load data for timely deliveries

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners (preferred)
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Experience in warehouse or dock operations in the transportation industry (preferred)
