As our Dental Patient Phone Services Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a critical role in creating a world-class patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm 
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments 
• Assisting patients with questions and directing them to the appropriate team members 
• Following up with prospective and existing patients 
• Helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for 
• Maintaining accurate patient records and communication notes 
• Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and communication 

⭐ What We're Looking For

• Previous call center, food service, retail, customer service, patient coordinator, customer facing experience preferred
• Outstanding communication skills 
• Positive, energetic personality 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
• Professional phone presence 
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly 
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented 
• Someone who embraces learning, growth, and continuous improvement 
• Spanish / English speaking strongly preferred
