Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in managing healthcare-related litigation matters and complex case files. This full-time remote role involves drafting and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, and reviewing case materials for accuracy and completeness. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining case calendars, coordinating discovery, preparing exhibits, and communicating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel as needed. The Litigation Paralegal will also help ensure all filings comply with court rules and deadlines while supporting efficient case strategy execution.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience with legal document preparation and document review for litigation matters
- Proficiency in legal research, including case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to healthcare and malpractice
- Strong skills in drafting and formatting pleadings and motions in accordance with court requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with litigation support software, document management systems, and standard office productivity tools
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical malpractice, or complex civil litigation is preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited program strongly preferred
