Responsibilities Ensuring exceptional guest service is offered by the team Running general restaurant operations Interviewing, coaching/training staff members Building and driving sales Must be able to execute systems and standards Qualifications 5 or more years of management experience Previous responsibility for financial performance and ability to read financial statements Proven ability to drive sales through creative marketing efforts Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills, with great attention to details Experience with high-volume sales #J-18808-Ljbffr OMC
