You'll spend time in the office coordinating care, answering client calls, supporting caregivers, and also out in the community meeting with prospective clients and conducting in-home care consultations. What You'll Do As a Client Care Manager, you'll serve as the primary connection between our clients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and office team to ensure every client receives exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include: Client & Family Care Answer incoming client and referral calls with professionalism and empathy Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients Develop personalized care recommendations Build trusting relationships with clients and families Complete regular quality assurance visits and satisfaction check-ins Resolve concerns quickly and proactively Office Operations Help oversee daily office operations Coordinate with scheduling to ensure excellent caregiver/client matches Assist with staffing challenges and daily problem solving Monitor client satisfaction and service quality Maintain accurate documentation and client records Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Support, coach, and encourage caregivers Collaborate with office leadership to improve processes Help onboard and train new team members Promote a positive, team-oriented culture Serve as a resource for caregivers needing guidance in the field Relationship Building Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the community Help families understand available home care services We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves helping people Is calm under pressure Enjoys solving problems Has excellent phone and communication skills Is confident meeting with families in their homes Works independently while thriving as part of a team Brings positive energy every day Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Human Services, or related field preferred OR 3+ years of management or healthcare leadership experience Experience in home care, healthcare, sales, senior services, case management, customer service, or related field preferred Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local travel Why Join Comfort Keepers?
