You will also perform ongoing reassessments, update treatment plans, and provide clear education to patients and families to encourage engagement and adherence. Patient volumes are designed to support high-quality, one-on-one or small-group care, with scheduling that allows you to complete thorough documentation and maintain strong relationships with your patients. The caseload is primarily adult, with potential opportunities to work with adolescent athletes or older adults focusing on fall prevention and functional independence. Support staff and therapy technicians assist with preparing equipment, monitoring exercises, and facilitating patient flow, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.
