Brandon Redfern State Farm is eager to bring aboard your collaborative presence.Responsibilities:Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Highly organized and detail-orientedProactive in problem-solvingAble to work in and manage a team environmentExperience in Windows computer applicationsAble to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.Able to succeed in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)Salary plus commission/bonusHealth benefitsGrowth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agencyCompensation: $18.50 - $24.00 per hourMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
