Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
