Promotional Product Specialist

The Promotional Product Specialist will work closely as part of the Promotional Products team with Sales, Fulfillment, and Accounting departments. The Promotional Product Specialist is responsible for building positive relationships with clients and vendors, curating promotional product solutions to clients, generating proposals, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Work closely with Metzgers sales team, internal/external customers and vendors.
2. Source and present creative promotional products based on client requested needs and budget.
3. Curate client presentations that include promotional ideas, cost estimates/quotes, delivery, etc.
4. Prioritize workload/client requests within 24-48 hour turnaround time.
5. Obtain competitive pricing and determine availability of products from suppliers.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate degree plus five years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge with promotional product software and wholesale suppliers such as SAGE, Commonsku, ASI, SanMar preferred.
• Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication.
