Registered Nurse - ER

Duties Provide care in the Emergency Department and float to Med Surg as required. Float to multiple Client campuses as needed. Interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Participate in interdisciplinary support including collaboration with Physical Therapy, Social Services, and Pharmacy. Handle a patient ratio of 1:4 during the day and 1:6 at night. Work 3x12 hour shifts with flexible day/night rotations. Work every third weekend, with potential adjustments to every weekend or every other weekend. Skills General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi care. Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response. Interpretation of dysrhythmias. Management of dysrhythmias. MS experience. OB experience preferred. Experience 2 years of Emergency Department experience required. 1 year of Medical-Surgical experience required. Previous charge experience preferred. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Community hospital experience preferred. Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, TNCC. MN state license required (can be pending). #J-18808-Ljbffr
