OB/GYN | 2 Clinic Days + 2 OR Days | Jonesboro, AR

Practice Overview

• Experienced Team: Join six OB/GYNs and one GYN physician with support from 3 NPs, 2 PPNs, and an in-house OB anesthesiologist
• Clinical Volume: Average 80 patients per week and 3-5 surgical cases per day, with 1,600-1,700 deliveries annually across the facility
• Modern Facilities: Practice from a new surgical tower completed in 2019 and a clinic renovated in 2022, located directly across the street from the hospital
• Advanced Support: Work within a 438-bed Level III Trauma Center serving a population of 600,000, with a Level IIIA NICU and dedicated OB Emergency Department

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and 1 call day
• No primary call; participate in a 1:6 backup call rotation with 24/7 laborist coverage
• Dedicated 4-bed OB Emergency Department with two OR rooms on the floor

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: 325,000 plus production from day one
• Additional Financial Support: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan forgiveness structured as a three-year forgivable loan
• ACO Shared Savings participation through the CEP program
• 5 weeks of PTO for vacation or CME, 3,500 annual CME allowance, and 403(b)/401(k) with employer match
