Salary: $77,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• We require 2+ years of non-internship experience in system design or architecture, including reliability and scaling for new or existing systems.
• We require hands-on programming experience in at least one software language.
• We require familiarity with software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, including coding standards, architecture, code reviews, source control, continuous deployment, testing, and operational excellence.
• We require a bachelors degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
• We require solid computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.

• We build a product that captures and stores performance telemetry from Aurora and RDS databases and presents it to customers.
• We develop and run agentic AI solutions that use telemetry to diagnose and help mitigate performance-related issues.
• We work on a service operating at massive scale, delivering timely metrics and recommendations across millions of instances.
• We tackle difficult distributed systems challenges and ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, efficient, and highly fault tolerant.
• We own all phases of engineering, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing service operations.
• We take responsibility for operational excellence for a mission-critical AWS service.
• We partner with customers needs in mind, resolving ambiguity and innovating on their behalf.
