Performance Windows is growing our Dallas–Fort Worth sales team and looking for motivated, competitive individuals who are ready to start or grow a career in sales.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a proven system to help new representatives develop their skills and succeed.
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative , you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the DFW area, introduce them to Performance Windows and our services, and help generate qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an in-person, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is motivated by results, and wants an opportunity for rapid career growth.
What You'll Do:
- Connect directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce homeowners to Performance Windows and our services
- Generate and schedule qualified appointments
- Follow our proven sales system and receive ongoing coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Represent Performance Windows professionally in the field
