We're Hiring: Automotive Sales Consultant (Social Media + Community Focused)
Port Orchard Ford is looking for a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a personal brand, grow a loyal following, and help customers buy and sell vehicles in a way that's quick, transparent, and less complicated.
This is not old-school car sales. We value authenticity, creativity, and community connection over high-pressure tactics. Your personality, your relationships, and your presence matter here.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating short-form video content (vehicle walkarounds, deliveries, specials, community moments)
- Building your audience and personal brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Engaging with local businesses, events, and community organizations
- Helping customers buy and sell vehicles in a transparent, no-pressure way
- Using video, text, and DMs to follow up with leads
- Being a visible, trusted face of Port Orchard Ford both online and in the community

No Automotive Experience? That's OK.
Experience in many customer-facing roles translates extremely well, including:
- Customer service or hospitality
