Registered Behavior Technician in Fresno, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in a school setting
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and intervention strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Reliable organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to maintaining accurate data collection and confidentiality
- Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy for students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collect, record, and analyze student progress data
- Support teachers and school staff in promoting a positive learning environment
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence
