Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Marlborough, MA. Summary: We are seeking a hands‑on Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn advertising. This role combines paid media expertise with content creation, project management, and performance analysis to drive marketing results across social and web channels. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Manage social media posting, community engagement, and audience response Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance metrics and industry trends Write platform-optimized copy, headlines, and video descriptions Support employee advocacy programs and internal content distribution Develop and maintain web pages, ensuring SEO and design best practices Partner with Content and Creative teams to produce social media assets Identify and manage influencer partnerships as needed Maintain a social media content calendar and manage project timelines Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and engagement Deliver regular performance reports and translate insights into strategy recommendations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience Hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn advertising Experience with budget allocation and multi‑channel campaign planning Strong understanding of SEO and web design principles Video editing and content creation skills Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Key Skills Paid Social Advertising LinkedIn Campaign Manager Content Strategy SEO Web Design Video Editing Campaign Analytics & Reporting Budget Management Cross‑Functional Collaboration Project Management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
