SAP SD (MP2C) Business Analyst |

South San Francisco, CA – We are seeking a contractor for the role of SAP SD (MP2C) Business Analyst who will design and optimize end‑to‑end SAP SD (Marketing Plan to Cash) processes and conduct workshops to drive key design decisions. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into design specifications leveraging SAP SD and communicate across all levels of the business and IT partners for solution review, endorsement and delivery. Configure, design, build, test and deploy SAP SD solutions and ensure seamless integration with implementation partner. Develop system features per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution. Work with global and local project teams, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create standout Order to Cash offerings and SAP SD solutions, including integration with other solutions such as Model N, SFDC, SAP ATTP, SAP Hybris and others. Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors. Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommendation to business partners. Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value while minimizing duplication. Qualifications This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with both business and technical teams. Ideal candidates bring the following qualifications: 8+ years of experience in a global enterprise delivering ERP solutions, including 4+ years of hands‑on expertise working within SAP SD and associated modules MM/WM, with a strong background in ERP application development, customizing, and operation. In‑depth knowledge of master data, configuration, and transactions supporting order management, shipping and billing including integration to external systems. Thorough understanding of cross‑module dependencies (FI/CO, PP) and expert knowledge in designing, building, and monitoring SAP interfaces across multiple systems (iDoc, XML, Web Services, CIF integration, etc.). Minimum three full life‑cycle implementation experiences from blueprint to go‑live, with at least one project in a lead capacity. Strong business knowledge in the Pharma/Biotech industry and associated processes is required. Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimum supervision. Experience in quality/compliance management and CSV within pharmaceutical, biotech, or related validated environment is highly preferred. Strong analytical thinking, self‑motivated, result‑oriented team player with a track record of timely, high‑quality deliverables. Excellent verbal/written communication skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills.
