Warehouse Associate

Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)


What You'll Do:

• Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10 to 100 lbs.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels and documentation using our internal systems.
• Load pallets and prepare boxes for outbound shipments.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Climb ladders and work in different physical positions (bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.).

Employment Note: "This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period".


What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Safety-minded and dependable, with attention to detail.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• You'll work in a secure warehouse handling stored files, books, and backup media.
• This is a physically demanding role requiring continuous movement and lifting.
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip-resistant (rated Better or Best).
