Charge Nurse ICU

In this role, you will coordinate daily unit operations, oversee patient assignments, and provide expert bedside care to critically ill adults. You will mentor ICU nurses, support clinical decision-making, and collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
