Job Description

A premier Primary Care Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
• Evaluate acute and chronic health conditions and monitor patient progress.
• Develop and support individualized patient care and treatment plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other treatments as appropriate.
• Perform clinical procedures and assist with diagnostic testing.
• Triage patients and provide clinical guidance based on symptoms and concerns.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive health education.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic results and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
• Provide medication, disease management, and discharge education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two years of Nurse  Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience within a primary care clinic setting is required.
• Must have an active license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with the Texas Board of Nursing. 

Benefits and Perks:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$135,000.00 annually, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
