We are looking for reliable individuals who take pride in providing exceptional waste management services to our community in Hillsborough Township, NJ. Responsibilities: Operate Class B CDL front load garbage trucks safely and efficiently. Collect and transport waste materials from residential and commercial locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of collections and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Requirements: Valid Class B CDL license with a clean driving record. Proven experience driving front load garbage trucks preferred - minimum 2 years experience. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations. Ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks maneuvering and moving up to 100 pounds. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
