What You'll Do

• Provide advanced patient care inside a fast-paced ICU environment
• Manage critical procedures including CRRT, Bipap ventilation, and chest tube management
• Administer medications, draw labs, and perform patient assessments
• Respond to emergencies, including conducting codes when necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Float across ICU and inpatient units, including med/surg, med/tele, and ED, based on experience
• Document care accurately using EPIC EMR

What You Need

• Kansas RN or Compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience, comfortable with critical care procedures and codes

• Experience with CRRT, Bipaps, chest tubes, PICC lines
• Ability to float across multiple hospital units
